1. Introduction

By accessing or using the legal assistance services for retirees provided by SeniorNowa, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

SeniorNowa offers legal assistance services tailored to retirees, including consultation, document preparation, and related support.

3. User Eligibility

Services are available only to individuals aged 60 or above. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees will be disclosed prior to engagement. Payments must be completed before service delivery.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Legal Assistance Services

To reschedule a consultation or representation, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable due to resource allocation. For personalized document preparation services, once finalized documents have been delivered, fees are non-refundable as work is tailored to individual needs. However, you may request revisions at no extra charge within 7 days of delivery.

5.2 Info Products

Digital guides and publications are available for immediate download. If you have not accessed the content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After accessing or downloading the product, no refund is available.

5.3 Physical Products

For tangible items, you may send the product back within 30 days in its original condition for a full refund. Shipping the product back is your responsibility. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the product.

6. Modifications to Terms

SeniorNowa reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeniorNowa and its officers will not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait.
